alright i can bring shovels, but not to sure i can get sand bags cuz i probly dont have the money for it but ill try. :?

oh forgot to ad this but if i bring sand bags would it be like sand you buy at the garden section then you have bags there to fill up or is it buy sand and bags for it then fill em up, just let me know plz.
