I complied a little checkoff list so you can set up your kit.
Id suggest putting all the contents in the bag..other than your replicas (cased) so you can easily change into your tac gear when you hit the field. Time is an issue, so an hour of kitting up only screws you over.
Here is a list that I use commonly to make sure I have what I need when I leave the house on a regular day of airsofting. Most of this is applicable for this event. If you do not have some of these things, or they are not part of your normal kit, dont sweat it, it is just a checklist.
ROLL OUT CHECKLIST:
Goggles
a. Clean?
b. Cloth to wipe them.
Batteries
a. for aeg
b. for radio
c. for flashlight
d. sight assist optics/laser
Weapon systems
a. AEG
1. Battery test fire?
2. Mags loaded?
