Remember, you team guys have to PM the 20th to get the first slots. No PM, no prereg'd spot.

The placing teams from CQC6 are grandfathered in, but have to contact me via pm ON AP to lock their spot in.

If by the 1st of Jan, the teams do not have the required prepayment in, we'll clear them from the schedule and open it up to other teams that want on board.

In the past, teams members tend to push "send" at the stroke of midnight to ensure a place in the line-up.

You guys don't want to miss what we have in store. It's going to be extremely fun.

How is there a 'required prepayment' if the option to pay at the door is there? What if most of a team wants to pay at the door, and they do not have much of a prepayment (if anything at all)?

That's the 'incentive' money to make sure that you actually promise to show up. If a team says 'we'll be there' and doesn't pre-pay, and they're a no-show, then they've stolen a slot from a team that wanted it.

It's like a deposit. If the Team wants to pay at the door, and the team leader wants the spot, he'll put down the pre-pay, and either have his guys pay HIM at the door, or maybe work it out with Bill to get the deposit back when the players pay at the door.

Exactly.

To ask 4 of 8 people to come up with a prepay by January 1st, isn't asking a great deal....we all know this. The reason I have allowed an "at the door" entry is due to people A) not having credit cards B) short in the next month and half and C) Just like to pay at the door.

The costs of the pre-pay event is in line with any other OP of the past. The door-pay is also consistent with the past. The pre-pay is more about teams locking in a spot, so we don't have a CQC6 situation where two teams dropped the night before screwing over two other teams that would have participated, but couldn't make the adjustment the night before.

It is unfair to the people who want to play for someone to jack the spot and not go....so, we're trying to limit that possibility by prepay.

How is there a 'required prepayment' if the option to pay at the door is there? What if most of a team wants to pay at the door, and they do not have much of a prepayment (if anything at all)?

If a team doesn't have a prepayment and wants to be there, they will have to take their chances in the case that not all team slots have been filled. If on Jan 20th, and there are slots available (which is pretty unlikely with so many teams wanting to go) I'll have already stayed in contact with the team leaders of that pool of players and find out if they want to go. At that point, they can pay at the door and enter the event.

There is a way to do it, I've just never seen it done.

We are also offering a spot for people to sell their gear as well as vendors. Very similar to the AP Gun Show. Tables are free, you just have to bring them! We'll even help you set the tables up.

You will be indoors, and you'll be in a warm environment.

How far is the location that we will be driven to? Is it in the old PTOC area or is it farther than that?

You will go to a place where noise is not an issue...and not more than 15 min away.

When teams start getting locked in, we'll provide OPORD's so they can start preparing for the game. Map overviews, all that stuff.

This is going to make the immersion of the Senator scenario from CQC6 look weak.

PAC will not be attending as a team. That being said, I'm looking for a team who may need an experienced extra gun.

PM me for my qualifications if you're interested.

Quick question about the contractor look. For PSD do you want complete concealed look or khakis with a vest and an AR?

Also, for the army actor's i have a set of ACU's,interceptor and M4. Would that work for the ARMY actor's or any of the other roles? If not im limited to a set of BDU's or a costume thrown together from my closet.

Yes, please PM tonight at "midnight" to have the first shot at the spots (I'm sure there will be a bunch come in)

I'll establish the actor stuff as soon as we lock in the teams. We have already written the scenarios. It is now a situation of fleshing out the details with bodies.

Good luck to everyone going after their slot.
