Sorry bout this, but can I get switched over to the American Spec-Ops team? Also what is required to hold the position of assistant team leader?

The Team leader is going to choose his assistant. PM Pacman for approval, and then he will send me his decision. I will put you down for Team member for now.

I'm not handpicking the force, That's between the organizer and the volunteer. I'm a volunteer myself :) Chesty's setting up the roster so he should be around later to clarify as needed.

Team leaders only pick their 2nd in command. Other then that I will put you where you want to go!!! The only reason I would like to have team leaders pick their XO is for unit cohesion. The leader positions however are first come first serve, so if you want to lead a group, let me know.

We need to establish Leaders and Assistants for each team, except for the American Resistance Spec-Ops team. I have special items and such to give each team leader so sign up quick!!
