Quick Newsflash:
We have worked it out and we have gotten a way to get the under 16 players on the field with some provisions that have to be met. They are pretty easy, but they are strict:
1) The team must have someone at least 18 years of age running the group and acting as the guardian of that person for the duration of the event.
2) This guardianship will be notorized. We will make available a form. This is common practice at some large scale national events. (I had to do it for Hillbilly at LC3)
3) The underage must be in the same uniform, and fulfill the uniform reqs of the team they are running with. This isnt going to be a Tac-Team plus kid in pajamas.
The first two are the walls we broke down to get you guys on the field. You can go to places like the UPS store, they have people that notarize documents. Don't disappoint us on this guys. This is your opportunity to shine and fly under the radar.
Secondly: As you all know there are 3 scenerios. We have decided to give you a little incite on the mission profiles. They are broad, but at least you can bring the proper kit.
1) Special Operations
2) Federal Law Enforcement
3) Local Law Enforcement
Lastly: After reviewing the video of the last CQC event, we have elected to limit the usage of entry shields to the "representative size and weight" of the real deal. This means, no garbage can lids, cardboard cutouts, lightweight lexan, or anything else you think you can slip under the radar. The admin's will disallow anything they feel is not authentic enough.
If you want specs to build a shield, contact Casca via PM. He reproduced the one we had donated to us by JL's team.
Also, if you are interested in participating in this event as an actor, please PM or Email Deacon or myself. We will work it out from there.
