Send me a PM, let me know what equipment you have available. I am mainly looking for people with camcorders (and enough spare batteries to last without recharging)

We've sent our roster to you, and to bill. At this time, EATF does not want to post its roster for the world to see.

I'm interested in being an actor, if someone wants to PM me about, that'd be great.

I dont think they are doing actors this time. The CQC Admins can confirm that. But I think they went outside the the airsoft community for the actors. I know when I last talked to Deacon about this he told me they planned to bring in people outside of airsoft for actors. maybe even bring in people studying theatre and drama at local colleges.

Actually, it's a mix of both. Airsoft player volunteers will be in non-critical roles. Those who want to volunteer for acting should send a PM to Deacon. Those who want to volunteer for filming should contact me with a PM. We need a commitment for both full days, we don't have time for "maybe."

Please also note: there are NO spectators. This is not a paintball tournament. If you aren't part of the staff or a paid competitor, you'll be told to leave.

If they are "hiring" actors who are outside the airsoft community so they would be unbiased, the only person I've ever met here has been Troy. I'll send that PM to Deacon right away.

Can those of us who are more military-based than SWATly wear a shemagh rather than a balaclava? It still covers and protects the face.

The appointed or actual has to be participating in the competition.

They're release forms that have been used for larger games like Lion Claws, it's basically an agreement signed by your parents that says "Soandso" is your appointed guardian for the duration of the event. They have to be signed by both parties and notarized. (Notary service is available in places like Fedex/Kinkos and UPS Store). The form for this will be available soon.

hey Dantes, where could i get one of those forms?

and also,

1. Goggles
All participants MUST wear complete facial protection in the form of sealed goggles and a
balaclava (must cover your ears, nose, and mouth). Neoprene masks, under armor, and
other like facial protectors are also acceptable. Goggles must meet or exceed ANSI
Z87.1 standards. NO MESH.

i wear a paintball mask, im assuming that will work but i'd like to be shure.
