I had the same problem, just that they went to the right instead. You'll have to do this with the inner barrel removed, unless you're slightly clever, which I know you are. I used TM .30gram (Superior Grade - laughing) type bb's in my testing. I believe that changing out the hop-up rubber will do this rifle some serious good, which I did not have a chance to do.
