Intent: To foster better gameplay through competition.
-Velocity Limits: 550fps w/.2s. *This applies to semi-auto replicas too

Administrative Terms:
Observer: A contracted individual chosen to watch their area of responsibility for competitor mistakes. The Observer's will use unaided vision to spot competitors on their stalks.
Walker: A neutral party that works as an extension of the Observer's eyes. The Walker will not aid the Observer in any way, but simply move to a location as instructed by the Observer.
Mark: When an Observer spots a competitor, he will direct the Walker to the location. If the Observer can direct the Walker to touch the competitor, on any part of his body, the Competitor has been "marked" and will be required to move back to the starting point.

Rules:
-There will be three rounds in the competition. Each will encompass the useage of fieldcraft and marksmanship.
-One Observer and One Walker per "stalk".
-Competitors will begin at a default location for each "stalk".
-If a competitor is spotted by the Observer and marked by a Walker, the competitor is sent back to the starting location.
-When a player reaches an OP and elect to move into the marksmanship aspect of the event, they will call in on the Observers channel. The Observer will give the order "weapons free" (or "stand-by" if there is another competitor firing). The competitor will then fire his first shot. The Observer will continue to scan the area. The competitor will radio for the second shot. At the completion of the second shot, the game Admin will score both shots. At this point, the competitor is free begin moving toward the next objective.

Scoring:
Time is the determining measure. Your actual time, and the adjust time for your shooting skills:
After the second shot is fired both shots will be scored. The concentric rings on the targets provided will be zones. A center mass "bullseye" will be score a "0 min", while each successive ring will be scored 2 minutes, 3 min, 4 min, and so on. The only "0 min" penalty will be a neck or head shot. These are considered guaranteed target reducers.
If the observer mark's a shooter on the first shot it is a 15 minute penalty
If the observer mark's the shooter on the second shot it is a 10 minute penalty
example:
First shot: bullseye (0 min)
Second shot: 3 ring (3 min) (Shooter gets marked: 10min)
Time: 64 min for stalk
Adjusted time: 77 min for completed stalk
