Presented By: Airsoft Pacific and Black Sierra Productions

WHAT: CQC/CQB Tactical Competition, 6th Semi-Annual!
WHERE: The old Rainier Elementary school (location photos)
WHEN: July 21-22, 2007
WHY: We've got a fully operational school... need I say more?

ADMISSION FEE: $35 prepay or $45 after July 1st. (Paypal payments@airsoftpacific.com)
AGE LIMITS: 18+ (Participants under 18 must have waiver signed by a parent)
TEAM REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 6. Maximum 12. (Recommend 12)

Download the CQC6 Handbook (pdf) for full details!

GENERAL INFO

CQC6 returns to the three-scenario format, which gives you the opportunity to experience the full spectrum of close quarters combat.

We are using a three scenerio format. Teams will be assigned one three hour block, each round within the block will last roughly one hour, providing you with constant action.

Teams are expected to develop a hasty plan of action, solve the problem through negociation or tactical response, enter and exfil within the one hour time.

One scenario will be local law enforcement (SWAT style), the second will be based on the MOUT genre, and the third will be close protection. In this tournament, you should expect the unexpected.

TRAINING FBDs
Event staff will be providing all teams with Thumper TG 6 training distraction devices. They're CO2 powered and pop at about 150dp, so no more yelling, "BANG!" These will do it for us. Check out this video for an example.

REGISTRATION
This tournament will not be based on a first come, first serve basis. The 12 man teams will get priority, then we'll go from there. If you are on a 6 man team, it would behoove you to try to bolster your roster. If you are unable to get more than 6, don't fret. If we have enough interest we will open up more time slots.

We expect between 9 and 15 open slots for teams.

We want to give everyone a fair chance at locking down a spot in this competition, so be ready to submit your teams roster.

Registration for CQC6 opens on June 1st.

AWARDS BBQ
Since CQC6 takes place in Summer, we decided to take advantage of the weather and have our usually indoor awards dinner as a BBQ! It'll take place at the location in Rainier at 8:00pm, there's a nice big grassy lot that'll fit our entire group. If you want; bring your own food, lawn chairs and grill it up with the rest of us. The actors and the crew will be chilling there and cooking up some grub, come join us for good times! All trophies, awards, raffle prizes and special acknowledgments will be given at this party! DON'T MISS OUT!

You heard the man, registration opens June 1st probably at midnight to make it more "ominous." Until then, get with your teams and build up your roster for the event.
