Up till now I've been personally paying for everyone who comes to these events to cover the park rental fee and use of its facilities. As more and more people come to these events, like them and come back for more, my costs are beginning to rise, and I need to be able to continue putting on these events without going broke! (No danger of that yet but its time to implement a more long-term plan)
This will be the first Pay-To-Play event R.S.P. has put on. The fee for 4 hours of gameplay will be as follows:
$10/person - Single player
$8/person - Teams of 4 or more
$6/person - Teams of 10 or more
Games (including this one) will be played from 8:00am untill Noon. Players who want to play longer than the 4 hours will need to pay for the additional time at the rate of $1/hour the day of the event.
