Airsoft Pacific Gun Show - Aug 16th

What: Airsoft Pacific Gun Show
Where: Visual Torrent Studio (2119 N Kerby Ave)
When: August 16, open to public 10:00am - 6:00pm (8am for exhibitors)
Why: To sell gear, show off, chat with friends, win gear

General Info
Some of you may remember our Swap Meet we had in the past, we've taken that idea and morphed it into a full on AP gun show. Exhibitors can setup tables for no charge at all, sell all of that old gear that you have in your closet or just come down to show off your gear. Tables are available to rent if you pay $15 in advance (1 week before the event is the cut-off). We'll have raffles EVERY HOUR, tickets will be on sale for just $1 and you can buy as many as you want.

Retailers are welcome to exhibit too, but are required to give at least a $50 donation for the door prizes. (or sponsor the event with a larger donation if you want and get listed with other event sponsors)

Exhibitor Costs:
FREE if you bring your own table
$15/table to rent tables
Retailers must provide a $50 valued donation for door prizes to have a table

General Admission: FREE, raffle tickets $1 (optional)

Amenities:
Free Parking is available in the alley.
Electricity is available to most tables.
Raffles happen every hour.
WIFI

Raffle tickets cost $1 each, buy as many as you want.

HOW TO REGISTER

To register to be an exhibitor, RSVP with a reply as soon as possible. SPACE IS LIMITED, SO SPEAK NOW TO RESERVE ROOM FOR YOUR TABLE. Let us know if you need to rent tables and/or how many. We can rent 8' tables at $15/each, payments can be made to payments@airsoftpacific.com with PayPal.

We are open to work on custom displays and setups with you! The building is fully powered, has 16 foot ceilings, and we've got 3500 square feet to fill up. PM me if you have specific ideas.

Just a Reminder, that if you bring your own table entry is FREE !!

you only have to pay for a table if you do not have your own.

Matt said that we can probably fit 30 or so table sin there. so there is lots of room for people to sell their crap.

We will also have a table for freebie crap that people want to give away. I have some freebie crap that I will be giving away.
