Hey Wade watch out for the babies! If someone tosses a baby at you just swat it to the side. It could be rigged.

The more you know...

Seriously I wish I could come up and shoot with you guys but it will be a bit still. We are still loving the Team Terror sign you made us, thanks again.

If it's anything like last year, this event is going to be the best Vietnam era mil-sim the Pacific Northwest has ever seen. Well worth attending.

Are you planning on going up to film again, Matt?

Dan - yes, I remember. I also owe Beran $160. I'm sure I owe someone else $ as well.

We get it........the economy sucks so that's why admission has been slashed in half! That's right, four days of immersion and instruction for 175 bucks.

You are really going to kick yourself for missing out on this one. This four day school is going to get you as close as you can to a 6 man Force Recon patrol in I corps, Vietnam Republic of.........taught by a REAL Recon Marine and USMC historian.

*Update*

Got 2 of the panels Spokane Airsoft donated to the project up on the sides of the base bunker. Ran the rails for the top tier tower floor, and boxed in the front (X). Boxing the posts in really stiffened up the whole tower, once the other three sided are boxed, it will be hell for stout. Next step is to buy bracket hangers and more 2x6's for the floor.

Dimensions are 10'x10'x18', but I'll need to extend the front two posts by about 3' in order to give the roof a pitch.

I think it's coming along handily.

Also, the MCHA has Vietnam gear to loan to it's members. Fill out the 782 form and hand it into the supply officer........done and done.

Not a member? You get a free year membership to the MCHA for being a BRS student.

Now you don't have any excuse not to come out and experience the suck! :D

The Marine Corps Historical Association is slashing the price in half for 2010 attendees of the Basic Reconnaissance School. The school focuses on providing civilians an historically accurate immersion in a Marine Corps course, circa 1968. Graduates receive a full year's MCHA membership and are eligible for further courses, discounts on airsoft and other gear, and are able to wear the MCHA uniform and award ribbons at authorized functions.

Those interested in applying should contact info@mycorps.us immediately and request an application. Gear, uniforms, and associated items are available for loan and/or low cost purchase. Cost is now $175 for the 4-day course.
