After a month of going over the "cert course" ideas with various team leaders, we've decided the idea had too much overhead. It'll be better to keep things simple, as they always have been. Also, with recent aquisition of insurance plans, our old limits fit within those set by the insurance company.

The limits have been changed back to exactly the way they were:

Quote:

Fully/Semi Automatics - 400 fps (1.5j)
CQB/Indoor - All under 300 fps (0.8j)
Sniper Rifles (Bolt Action ONLY) - 550 FPS (2.8j)
*Limits Measured with .20g B

Any event coordinators who are concerned about the amount of high powered bolt action rifles on the field are free to enforce a limit on the number of snipers for future events.
